Harris Eisenstadt has appeared on eighty recordings, releasing more than twenty albums as a bandleader. In 2024, he won Downbeat’s International Critics Poll for Rising Star Percussion. A longtime explorer of African and Diaspora music traditions, Eisenstadt has made extended research trips to Gambia, Senegal, Cuba, Brazil, Mexico City, and Miami. He plays frequently for Afro Cuban drumming ceremonies around New York City. Harris recently completed a residency at The Stone with Henry Threadgill, Erik Friedlander, Adam Rudolph, and Sara Schoenbeck.
Matt Glassmeyer makes innovative sounds in groups including Slow Accordion with Oliver Wood, Hompulon with Brooklyn creatives Tim Keiper, Brian Drye, Dana Lyn, Tom Spiker and Jonathan Goldberger, and a trio including Billy Martin. His album "Live Band" features Nashville virtuosos Ethan Jodziewicz, Mark Raudabaugh and JP Ruggieri. Matt is the inventor of the reedless tenor saxophone, new percussion concepts, and has a singular approach to the electric piano.
Sean Moran has performed at Lincoln Center, Celebrate Brooklyn, The Stone, BAM, Roulette, and Symphony Space as well as touring the world. His music has been featured on WNYC’s “Soundcheck” and “Spinning on Air”, as well as at Merkin Concert Hall. Hailed as “A forward thinking guitarist” (Chinen) by the NY Times, Sean has also performed and/or recorded in many groups featuring a wide variety of artists including Jackie Cain, Briggan Krauss, Teo Macero, Ron Mclure, Stew, and George Schuller. Sean is a faculty member of the Brooklyn Conservatory of Music.
